At CarryCatcher, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery process.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Processing Time
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and seasonal sales events.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days from dispatch
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your parcel in real-time
- Estimated delivery date
You can use this information to monitor your delivery progress with our courier partner.
Delivery Process
Our courier will attempt to deliver your parcel to the address provided. If you're not available:
- A calling card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection
- You may be able to arrange redelivery through the courier's website or app
- Parcels not collected within the specified timeframe may be returned to us
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to:
- PO Box addresses
- BFPO addresses (military bases)
- Addresses outside the United Kingdom
If you require shipping to locations outside the UK, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
- If unresolved, contact us at carrycatcher.ltd.uk@gmail.com with your order number
We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:
- Damaged Items: Please photograph the damage (including packaging) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost Parcels: If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days
We will work with our courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Address
CarryCatcher is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order.
If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at carrycatcher.ltd.uk@gmail.com. We will attempt to update the address with our courier, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
Returns and Exchanges
For information about returning items, please refer to our Returns Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
